Default Leveling Kit Help

Hey everybody,

I am new to this forum and also F150s in general. I picked up my first truck last Tuesday. Its a 4 door 2008 F150 4.6 V8. Basically my question for y'all is that I am interested in getting a leveling kit for my truck. What is a good leveling kit, how much am I looking to spend on the parts and the labor and what parts do I need to get it done? I'm not trying to break the bank considering I am military/college student and don't have a lot of income haha. What would y'all recommend as far as brand and what to expect for cost? Any feedback would be great.

Thanks

Default 2.5 leveling kit

Hello i just installed a rough country 2.5 leveling kit on my 06 4x4 lariat. Installed it myself in my garage took me about 2hr to get it done. It was pretty easy i saw a good video on youtube straight from rough country that i found was very helpful. I paid 100 for the kit and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have a Daystar leveling kit on my '04. The guys that installed it did a great job, but have a reputation for being a little higher than their competition. I paid them $360 for parts and labor...not sure how that stacks up against other guys on here. I would definitely say Daystar is a good kit...good luck man and thanks for your service.
