Level Kit vs Lift

Level Kit vs Lift
Hey guys,
I recently picked up a 2006 F150 XLT 5.4L 4x4 to take the place of my 2001 F150, and I want to do some mods to it. First up is the level kit ( I've been looking at day star and rough country 2.5" levels). My real question is whether I should accompany those w/ a 1" add on block and shocks for the rear. I know its about preference but my total rake, as is, is 2". So I had some concern with the level actually making the front too high, and in the long run with the leafs eventually getting 'tired' over time. Anyone else debate this for a while? What did you chose? I plan to throw some BFG TA KOs ( 275/70/18 ) under the truck for now. Thanks.

I don't think leveling looks bad, but some people get the front way too high and i can't stand that. Trucks apare suposed to level out under a load. When the fronts all high it makes the truck looks like its squattin. I like it lifted personally not leveled
