Default not sure about level / lift help.

I bought this truck used it has 35x12.5r18s, it looks like it probably has a leveling installed on front. But it has a stight rub when turning on the rear fender weld. I want to lift it a little higher to clear this. So my first problem is to find out what lift spacer is on the truck. I measured under the top hat, looks like about a 1-1/2 roughly spacer, would this mean It has a 3 inch lift?
If so, I can only seem to find 3.5 is the highest spacer as far as leveling kit goes. Will that .5 make much difference, and is that really a 3.5 inch lift? I really would like to go up a couple more inches and up on the rear an inch or two. And I don't know if that's possible, because the tires look all stuffed under the truck. If I can figure out how I'll post a picture.

A cheap way to fix the rub would be installing a small body lift. I don't know what else you could do if the truck already has a leveling kit, besides trimming where the tires rub.
