The wheels on the 2012 or 13 Tuscany we have has Ultra Motorpsort wheels and they actually look very similar to those, more so than I thought (I looked at it this morning). It is common to make custom center caps.

Judging by the XD center cap, I'm going with XD wheels, probably badlands. Google search will pop them up.

See ypu have pretty much same set up as me. Ive been pondering what to do to mine as well. I looked up some pics of this body style with 6 inch lift with some 35's it was really clean. I didnt think it would loom that good being a reg cab. I believe im going with 6 inch lift and 35'sb
