basically what you see in my signature.

im just running a pro comp 6" lift,nothing more nothing less only exception is i have replacement King 2.5 piggyback rear shocks.

as for tires i am running 35x12.5x17 nitto trail grapplers

wheels are fuel hostage 17x9
-12mm offset
4.5 backspace

well sure doesn't ride as smooth as a car because its a truck but overall its great. Although i would recommend to get a lift with new coil overs, instead of one that comes with a spacer you place on top of the stock coilover, which is what I have.
