LED fog light question

The problem is the truck looks for a specific returning current from the headlights to know when the high or low beams are on. LEDs are a lower resistance bulb so the truck is confused if the highs are on or not. The easiest way to fix this is to do the bambi mod or add a resistor in the circuit somewhere. Im not sure where the resistor is suppose to be added because I did the bambi mod. It basically the same reason LED turn signals have to have either a resistor or new flasher.

Resistors are added in line with each bulb and it sucks because you're basically turning current into heat to be dissipated. Wasting energy to make it think it's an incandescent/halogen bulb.

You sir have just helped me solve why my fogs were not turning on. I am forever in your debt because I was going to begin pulling my hair out very soon
