Default LED fog light question

I have the opt7 led headlights in my truck and also there fog lights. The fogs didn't work right when I got them so I ordered a canbus error plug (if that's the correct spelling) cause it is suppose to fix the issue. It didn't fix them, I don't know if it was due to the fact it was a 10 dollar kit off eBay or not. Even when I put my stock fog light bulbs back in they still have the high beam light come on very dimly. Anyone have any ideas on this? I really miss having my fog lights available to use all the time, truck is a 2006 model.

Thanks

They worked for me when I put them in directly... did the original bulbs work before you took them out?

Then put the originals back in for now and test them again. If they still work, contact OPT7.

I did put the originals back in and they still do the same thing as with the LEDs. I don't have the canbus error deal on the stock bulbs. May just call anyways and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

Yea the canabus fixed the flicker I was getting in my headlights. But the beam out put definitely goes down.

You will need to do the BAMBI mod. I have a 2006 f150 with LED head1ights and foglights, had to do the bambi to get the foglights to work. Good Luck.
