Lariat billet grill replacement
So my chrome grille surround is starting to look pretty bad and I have found a replacement one off a local classifieds site. Its a PTM black surround off a King Ranch and i think its gonna look good on my black lariat. My question is I wanna keep the billet insert but im not sure if it can come out of the stock surround or not? anyone know?

Yes it can, theres 13 or 14 tabs connecting the surround and the insert. Just remove them and reconnect. Dont break too many tabs. A guy at the ford dealership installed my Salleen grille free because a few of the tabs were stuck(pretty embarrassing) -_- Washington weather woo!

perfect, thanks. I will make sure its good and warmed up before I start tearing it a part and breaking tabs.
