Default Lariat about to hit 100,000 miles

Hi all-
I just purchased my first F-150, an 05 Lariat 4x4. I'm very happy with the truck and want to make sure I do everything to keep it running smoothly. I've done some searching on the forum but also wanted to start a thread. The truck has about 99,500 miles and yesterday I felt the truck 'jump' a couple times which I am guessing is the spark plugs about to go bad. I've called some shops to get prices and definitely do not want to try and do them myself. As far as the plugs, what else should I do to the truck? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you all!

At that mileage, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get the transmission serviced and the coolant system flushed. I hit 100k and had all that plus the plugs changed and it cost around 200, I think it was.
