Question knocking on the right side

well i have recently noticed that my 2008 f150 has started to make a knocking noise on the passenger side i have asked a few people what it could be and i get a few mixed answers but my guess is that its one of the seals or bearings on the suspension i do know its not something visible and it literally sounds like metal hitting metal someone help me figure this out any help will be appreciated

Does it make the sound when you are sitting still? Does it make the sound on low or high speed turns? Do you have a v6, v8, v12, 2wd, 4wd, 6wd???

When describing stuff to people over the internet you must describe something like we are children (some of us are) because you get to see, hear, smell, taste what you are looking at, we get a few words... I am telling you this so that people who are a whole lot smarter than me will actually respond to you and get you the answer you need so your baby doesn't get torn up...
