I think I'll get some of this leather CPR for my first step, then use the KR conditioner a handful of times and finish up with the saddle soap.

Really appreciate all the first hand input, I feel much better knowing what has worked well in the real world versus what a company tells me will work best (aka their product)

Make it a great day everyone,

a cheap and easy way to get your seats looking good is to use a leather product that will replenish the moisture to the leather, (Armor all leather conditioner, kr conditioner, lexol) then if you want the colour to come back darker just use a bit of mink oil, it will darken the seats but if you use the truck everyday the seats will come back to the mid-light brown with wear, but basically after that you just need to condition the seats based on wear after that
