Key removes with Vehicle off & transmission in gear
2005 King Ranch Supercrew-
So all of a sudden today I found that for some reason I am able to remove the ignition key with the transmission in gear and vehicle turned off. I can't shift out of park without the key on and the brake depressed as normal but if left in drive (or any position) the key pulls out.
Everything else related to the transmission and ignition is normal except for this problem.
I have no idea what may be the issue so any help is greatly appreciated.
I had posted this on another forum but got no response so maybe i'm the first lucky one to have this issue.
