I will follow up once I know what the deal is.
Just be thank full it's not a cam phaser! They are pricy to change if they go bad!

I did talk to the dealer, they said to drive the truck for 30 days until my warranty kicks in, then bring it in. They will pay the deductable and give me a truck to drive while it gets fixed. I HOPE its the manifold, you would know better than me. I should make a video and have you watch it haha

I wasn't asking what phasers are... I was suggesting to the OP that it might be the phasers.

Just an update, the dealer I bought the truck from (chevy), sent Me to the local ford dealer. It's a warped passenger side exhaust manifold, 2 broken studs, and a bad egr tube. All covered by ford! Apparently they cover this up to 80000 miles!

I have the truck back, nice and quiet now. definitly worth the hassle to get the manifold replaced. I hear no other ticking so cam phasers are not an issue.

Congrats I know the feeling of no more ticking! My pass side manifold had a leak as well. Best repair I have ever done on my truck!
