Default iwe help

ok so awhile back I installed dual batteries and I unhooked the vacuum box from the system and drove the truck for about 1 mile came right home an put it back on. soon after the actuators started making a terrible grinding noise like the where half engaged and the gears where grinding. since then I have replace the seloniod and both actuators and it still grinds and certain speeds it is getting very annoying is there some thing I'm missing here or am I doomed?

Check the lines for leaks. Mine did the same thing and all it was was a cracked line so it wouldn't hold a vacuum,

Thumbs down

You can go to harbor freight and get a vacuum pump for about 25 bucks put vacuum to it and it should hold if not replace it .Or go to napa buy both check valves for about 14 bucks for both. The dealer would not sell me just the valve you got to buy it with all the vacuum lines. My bet at this point is the check valve.( do both valves trust me)
