NVDuckin

So I recently got the email that my tunes were ready from PHP, but when I plug in my Gryphon the Pegasus software only shows "Disconnected" and won't let me download the tunes. I've tried multiple cables and 3 computers, and the status doesn't change. My gryphon lights up immediately after plugging it in though, so I'm not sure why it's not working.

Has anyone ran into this before?
