Yep it's an 04 with 133k on it. I'm in Oregon and everyone says around here magic number is when it exceeds 70% of the value.

The problem is, there won't be a better one for the amount of money they will give me. I've babied this truck and taken care of it like it was my child. All the maintenance done on it, perfect interior, runs perfectly.

Then buy it back and fix it.

So you get the truck and 10K, take it, take it fast!! All it needs is a door, cab corner and body work on the bed. Should be 2-3K or less for that.

I would take the offer quick, buy it back and fix it. No point in fighting for more money, that offer is plenty enough to fix it. Just my 2 cents though, your truck, your decision.

Unless you updated (a.k.a. paid to add them in) your policy to have any non stock upgrades added to your policy, don't expect your insurance company to include them into the value of your truck. To them, book value of a stock 2004 Ford F150 is what you'll be offered.
You can refuse first offer of course, and sometimes they counter; sometimes they don't. Costs nothing to try.

Exactly what Bucko said. Its like having thousands of dollars of tools in your truck. They are not covered unless you add them. You can try but don't expect much. They don't just pull those numbers out of the air. In theory they are paying for those extras because they are giving you 10 g"s and you will be out a few for the fix up
