Sawzall....
I seen so many pictures on this site of hacked up fender liners. Guys have even cut the metal behind the tire to try and squeeze some huge balloons of a tire into an area that doesn't fit them. If you have to do that much to get a tire to fit, why not just get some that will work?

2.5inch level running 35x13x18 bfg all terrains and my rims have -11 offset had to trim front lower valence and rear wheel well a bit. I'm now running a 6inch lift with no rub though haha

the less offset u have should give u less rub...so +50 to a +25 would be approximately 1 more inch the wheel would stick out...am I wrong?

Default tire rub

I think im getting my rub cause of the offset and the width of the tire Im running a 12.5 in tire where i gettin rub is on the tip of the fender by the passenger and driver door im good everywhere else

The anwser is no. If you were running the stock offset you could but not with that much tire sticking out. They will rub on everything. Your truck looks pretty good like it is now, I wouldnt worrie too much about putting on 35
