I have an 04 XLT supercab with rusted out "inner rockers". I have searched everywhere on the Web anyone have any ideas on where I can obtain premade direct fit inner for my truck or if I have to make them. If I have to make them what are some good methods of use. Thanks for positive feedback.

I think you will have to make them.

I was talking to a bodyshop owner and he told me to leave them open and just coat the hell out of the new ones. The inners are the reason they rust out in the first place.

So what would I do about inspection?

Do they check behind panels for rust?

I'm going to cut the rust out on my inner's on my cab corners and coat them.
