Idle and Low Acceleration Misfires... Spark Plugs?

My check engine light finally came on last Sunday, misfire in cylinder 7. Changed the ignition coil (Motorcraft Part #DG508), PROBLEM FIXED! Took me less than 10 minutes to replace (cylinder 7 was very convenient to locate, which helped).
