Search for my thread "Flasher Upgrade" which basically shows how to replace your factory flasher located in the driver-side footwell with a TMI EP27 unit. That will solve all the hyper-flash issues you will get with LEDs. Also, keep in mind that it also depends on the type of LEDs you run. I run Cree 50W LEDs on the rears and I no longer need my upgraded flasher as it has a built-in CAN-Bus and runs at a higher wattage than most LEDs. Anything under 50W for 3156/3157 bulbs will generally require a flasher upgrade. Either that or you can run resistors, which is kind of hack to me.
This is what bulbs I'm running at the moment:
Low Beam Headlights - PIAA Extreme White Plus 100W H1
High Beam Headlights - Stock
Front Foglights - Cree 50W 9145
Front Turn Signals - GE Nighthawk 3157A
Rear Brake Lights - Cree 50W LED
High Mount Brake Light - Cree 7.5W LED
Reverse Light - Cree 50W LED

I've never used cruise control on my truck before. My method of cruise control involves my right foot.

Those would work but I don't think those would be as bright a factory halogens. I've seen those before. I would highly recommend finding something that puts out at least 400lm. My old 7.5W Cree LEDs were brighter than factory, those 5050SMD LEDs are good for interior lights but for exterior lights I don't think they would be bright enough.

It appears that our Canadian compadre is correct. These LEDs are pretty dim. So, what do you think about these. Ill know on Wednesday

I have two local Vancouver suppliers for my LEDs. All of my exterior LEDs are from genuine Cree, all of my interior LEDs are genuine Osram. The Crees I purchase from GLB Lighting. The Osrams I order from Autolis LEDs. I can't tell you what pricing I get as I have an account with both suppliers but to put costs into perspective, the genuine Crees and Osrams cost up to 3x what you will find on eBay or anything made in China.
If you want pics search for my numerous LED upgrade threads.
I think those will be too dim as well. Factory 3157/3156 bulbs are around 400lm and those aren't even 200lm.
