I think my truck found 8 extra valves...
I was just reading through the "Built Ford Tough" brochure that Ford mails out to you when you purchase a new F150. Here is what I found:
8 extra valves that I didn't know that I had. Apparently the '08 models have been upgraded. It's a bit of a strange configuration, having "not one, but three intake valves per cylinder". It must be really crowded in there once they make room for the exhaust valve.
I just found it absolutely amazing that they would have this major of a typo in one of their own product brochures. Either that or I have an extremely rare 32V SOHC 5.4L Triton V8. Maybe my truck will go up in value now!

Ha Ha Ha. Well when the heads let go I will Insist on 3 intake valves as stated in the book.
Well my truck went over the 1000km stage and shook like a Crack head on MARS. Must have been the extra valve warming up?
