i am trying to figure out how much lift is on this truck

I have a 6" suspension too. Fabtech though. The front cross member is 6" tall I think. I agree that is your answer. That's what provides the front lift and suspension lifts are measured by the front lift amount because most kits have less lift in the rear.
Also, this is the 1st SuperCab 5.5' bed I have ever seen.

best thing to do is find a stock FX4 and do a comparison with a tape measure, then subtract the tire height and that should tell u what your lift is... if all else fails

how rare can it actually be? anyone have any build numbers on this set up... pretty cool to have a rare truck... i always thought it seemed different then others since i bought it i always see the 6.5" beds on it

No idea about build numbers.... but I've never even heard of that cab/bed combo. I always assumed the 5.5' bed was only available on a super crew. Makes sense though, it must be on the same length chassis as a reg cab 6.5' bed truck.
