Default Humming at 50mph

At 50mph my 2004 Lariat gets this loud humming. It's only at 50mph. At 48mph or 52mph it's gone. I've had my rack n pinion replaced twice in the last three months and it's still there. I don't know how to check hubs or bearings. Any ideas.

Had a humming/moan at 50, after time from 50 to 65. I really thought it was in the rear end. Turned out the to the Right front wheel bearing. Replaced with new and all is quiet.

Turning up the tunes is my current fix. My wife says I'm to ****, but I want it right. Love my Fords, but this one has been a project. Had it four months and I've replaced the cam phasers, MAF sensor, Throttle body(Cleaning didn't help)Tune up. Now it's on to the humming. Feel like I'm one of the 300 spartans going against insurmountable odds. I'll look at the bearings. Thanks

It could be alot of things causing it...only @ 50 MPH is kinda weird though.
