Default Fuses for CB Radio

What fuse can I use to power my cb radio and where can I get a good ground? Or you guys could tell me a better way to power it as well. I heard that doing it to the fuse is the easiest way to do it but I've heard battery will always give you constant voltage and stuff like that. I was thinking hook it in with instrument cluster fuse. Idk tho.

I wired the positive to a inline fuse then into the radio fuse on the fuse block and just ran the ground to the nearest metal part with a bolt already in it. Right under the steering wheel at the bottom of the panel is a metal piece which is a great place for a ground
