I've read that this is a common problem, the aft corners of my SCREW are rusting. Right now, the paint is all bubbled up and some rust streaks are coming out. What kind of a bill should I expect when going to a body shop?

Go to a couple of body shops and get quotes. Sorry I am not a body guy.

Mine just started doing this as well. Just my passenger side right now. My body guy is charging me $350 to cut it out and weld in a new panel, which those are like 50 bucks or so, prime and paint. He does great work and is a retired body guy.

So for me they are costing about $400 per side
