I paid about 17.5k for my 05 fx4. i had to roll over a bunch of money from my previous Lincoln so i think i ended up with a loan of about 22k. But 17.5 is the trucks price. it had 69k on the odo.

Speaking of PSD's, it's funny. Around here you will pay more money for a 01-03 7.3 than a lot of 6.0's with less mileage. That's part of the reason I don't have a 7.3. I've seen a nice 7.3 Lariat with 220k miles going for 14k. Not uncommon.

They gave me 14K for my 2000 F-350 Lariat PSD two days ago when i traded it for my 08. Paid 31K for the 08 Screw Lariat 4x4 with 33K miles on it. They wanted 34K. It's hard finding trucks for cheap in my county. They say its one of if not the highest income county in the nation, so finding good deals is hard. I test drove one of the last '10's on the ford lot. It was a FX4 and they wanted 42K even after my company discount (i think it's the A plan or something like that).

The PSD 7.3L was a rock solid, dependable/reliable motor that brought home respectable mpgs. People want them much more than the newer 6.0L's with their notorious turbo issues, worse mpgs than the 7.3L, as well as many other issues and horror stories I've heard about the 6.0L. Like the style of the 03-07 F150's with the 6.0L better, but they just aren't too reliable.

04 FX4 scab loaded with 85K , leveled with 305's on it. rims done in black, audiophile, sub, CAI, Edge programmer, tonneau and toolbox, Keep in mind I live in NY (land of road salt), bought the truck out of Texas, mint and rust free, delivered to my house for $15,500.
I was thrilled to death cause around here everything with that milage and age had some rot and rust going on, and was almost $2,500.00 more than what I paid.
I love my truck!
