Default how to mount an amp?

I have a kicker zx650.4 amp. Its so big that the only place I can mount it is behind my rear seat. My only problem is that the supplied screws keep backing out of the metal wall and the amp starts vibrating due to not being properly secured. So my question is what should I use to mount the amp to the wall so that it will properly stay secured.

Also what is the purpose of the plastic behind the door panels? I had to remove some in order to run my speaker wire. Should I put it back or is it pointless and if so what is everyone gluing it back to the door with?

1) Get longer/thicker screws at a hardware store, and use a drop of "locktite" on them before you screw them in.

2) The plastic is a "vapor" guard to prevent any water that gets past the rubber window "scraper molding" from getting into the door panel. Removel of this plastic can cause inner door rust, as well as electrical damage to the power window motors, etc. It is to your benifit to replace it. Use plummers putty (buy it at any hardware store) to hold it in place.
