I've got a 2006 XLT 4x4 with the 5.4 and right at 110K. The only issue so far is the exhaust leak at the manifold I have yet to fix. Other than that, no issues.

138,200mi on my '05 5.4 3v...just changed the plugs and it recently devoloped a rear main seal leak, not too bad yet (not bad enough to go through the hassle of changing it!)

Had 180k on my 05 STX with the 4.6 before I traded it in last year. Zero issues with motor and trans. Currently have 120k on my 07 lariat with the 5.4. It runs good as well.

My 2006 screw 4x4 had 203,000 when I sold it and still ran like a top. Replaced plugs/COP (maintenance) and that was it.
