I have an 08 5.4 with 48,000 miles and my dad has a 00 5.4 with 100,000 and both trucks run like the first day we picked them up.

I got a 04 5.4 4x4 with 188,000 miles on it and still running good. The only bad thing bout it is the transmission is slipping.

'05 F-150

112k on 05 f150 has been problem free, but going into garage next week for the famous ticking noise going to have it all done phasers, seals, tensoiners 1200 bucks not really happy about that but it has never given me problem yet so knock on wood

04 with 112k on it. Motor runs great but needs a new timing kit, im getting a ton of chain clank under low rpm but thats only a 400 dollar fix. No tranny issues to speak of
