I am at 120,000 miles. Truck runs great except It sounds like a diesel at idle. Had a good UOA at 105,000 miles.

My dad's 04 FX4 (Soon to be mine as he's getting a new truck) has 302,000 miles on it. Nothing but regular maintenance and a couple parts that normally have to be replaced with that many miles. Runs like the day she was new too, everyone we tell that it has that many miles about shat themselves.

Built Ford Tough right there!

I love the first post in this thread saying hes in the 200,000+, i just traded my 2000 BMW with 165000 miles for a 2004 F150 fx4 with 112,000. I bought it froma auction buyer with no warranty so hoping i dont get screwed, but in my lifes experiences som e peoples cars over heat and they keep driving them ****ing more **** up, when i have a problem i fix it and **** runs great, and im hoping i have the same luck with my new truck.SO i will be proactive in fixing any problems i have and am gonna heavily rely on this forum

210,000 miles, and still going strong. Will be rolling out of Dallas heading for Midland Texas on Saturday. Lots of oil changes, and transmission fluid changes. Cam phasers clatter at idle, but other than that it is fine. Due to the lovely economic situation, it has to last another 100,000 +.
