I am assuming that with proper maintenance the powertrain it can make it to 300K. Of course, I highly doubt that just means fluid changes. I fully expect axle seals/bearings, CV-joints (I have a 4x4), and possibly power-steering pump and an A/C rebuild to be part of the maintenance along the way.
