you plug the pac module in first and there should be another port on the pac harness to plug back the sirius plug.

I believe

Correct. But it seems like I remember reading somewhere that Sat. radio won't work with these AUX ports. Not 100% sure on that though.

Lightbulb Bonus?

I just installed mine today with no problems thanks to your write-up and pics John!

When pulling the dash apart I found out that there was a green plug plugged into the panel that holds the cigarette lighter. There is nothing visible on the front side of the panel, and it appears that you have the same plug visible in one of your pics and I see you have that option in the completed pic. (I have a picture if necessary) I do not have the rear parking sensor system on my bumper nor the activation/deactivation button and am extremely curious now because I've been looking to add this to my truck soon.

John, is that indeed what that green plug is for?

Assuming that it is for that, anyone have any idea how much more of the wiring is in place and what would need to be done to add that feature???

Thanks in advance!

I looked into it a while back and decided aftermarket was the way to go (I actually bought a system for a steal off of ebay and never got around to putting it in).

If you want to give it a go, here's what you're looking at:
1. Parking Assist Control Module 4L3Z15K866AA $168.13
2. Parking Aid Speaker 4L1Z15A866AA $26.90
3. Parking Disable Switch - 4L3Z15A860AAA $36.67
4. 4x Sensors - 3F2Z15K859BA $130.15 EACH = $520.60

Oh man, I don't know. Mine came stock, so I don't have any experience with the back up sensors. Sorry.

No, it's an aftermarket sub.

I put in the switch because sometimes listening to talk radio (I usually listen sports talk) gets on my nerves with a sub. If the host has a deep voice, sometimes it drones a little. In reality, I hardly ever turn the sub off.
