Where you located?

well it's hard to say cause I didn't keep a good tally. the cluster was the biggest sting for about 200 the second was the bezel and eatc module which together came to about 100 . all through flea bay. the connectors and stuff I needed I got through a contact I made at a bone yard for about 50.

How hard was it to remove the dash and replace it? The last thing I have left to do for my conversion is connect my center console to the dash. You said they would sell the entire lariat dash for under 250?

Not difficult at all... Just annoying.
I bought my dash for 150 and center console with shifter for 100 from them.
I bought the reverse sensor harness for $20. haha.

Well if you think.you might be willing to get a dash from them and ship it to me I'd could saveup for that. 150 is pretty cheap but I don't know how much shipping to pa would run

Is the new speedo and dash totally necessary? From my understanding of your post about the conversion, it look like all that is done solely to install the air temperature sensor. Could this not be routed from some where else like maybe under the dash? or I was even thinking of taking about my ash tray and installing it there. along with a modified cover with some aftermarket switches

You don't need to replace the dashboard.
You will need to replace the speedometer because it sends the a/c demand signal.
