Default Horn problem

Not sure if it was from laying o it too long or got some rain water in there, but it sounds like half of it is being used or shorted out... Any ideas?

Happened to me after I went through a huge puddle in a storm, sounded like a pipsqueak horn. Our trucks actually seem to have two horns, one of mine just became completely saturated with water. After it dried out it worked fine again, but check them and make sure your wires didn't disconnect from one. If you are looking at the truck from the front, the horns are located behind the flap next to your left headlight.
