Horn honks when unlocking doors
So, I have tried searching for a resolution and cannot find one. Please help.
I have a 2008 F150 king ranch...normally the horn only honks when I press the lock button on the remote twice, unless one of the doors is not shut all the way, then it honks twice. now randomly, when I unlock the doors the horn honks, again this does not happen every time. I have also noticed, that the horn will (again sometimes) go off when I unlock the doors with the keypad. I know this is not a setting, as it is not consistent....does any one know why this is happening?

I know I can set my ford gold alarm to do this upon 1 or 2 presses of the unlock button... Maybe it's sticking or dirty... Take the remote apart and clean it... Or if you have 2 remotes....switch them out to see if it changes anything... And it could be the battery like was said....take the battery out and see if it still does it with keypad too...
