Agree with the others.
That's a classic F150 misfire. Not enough to set a code but enough to cause issues at low RPM and high load.
That's how I ended up with my 2007 F150 Lariat. The guy swore up and down he had a trans issue after only 1 year on the replacement. His "mechanic" friends confirmed it with him. No way it was a miss as he had done plugs just recently and had no codes. I bought the truck for $2500 after trying to help him out.
He had done the plugs alright, and not put any dielectric grease anywhere. #5 had a rusty spring inside the boot, likely from condensation from lack of dielectric grease. Changed all springs and boots, $30. No issues since.
