Bigshow609 - The 35w and 55w are the power ratings, most people go with 35w since the HIDs are already so much brighter and the stock wires have a tendency to melt under the 55w

That is incorrect. They actually use less power under load. They are just a higher initial wattage, BUT not much. No risk to damage to wires.
