Turn the key to on without truck running and wait for the seat belt light on the dash to turn off (about a minute) then buckle and unbuckle the seat belt of the seat you want to disable until the seat belt light comes on (I think 9 times) then the seat belt or airbag light will come on the buckle and unbuckle it one more time and the light will flash 3 times and you're done

Is this to permanently disable that?

Yep but you have to do it to both the driver seat and the passenger seat if you dont want it at all or just one of the seats so your boxes dont bother ya.

Radio Display and Diag:
1. In either FM or AM radio mode, press the numbers 3 and 6 together. Immediately, your truck goes through a quick speaker check.
2. In either FM or AM radio mode, press the numbers 3 and 6 together, then press a number quickly
Number 1: Self test is conducted on your radio and CD player
Number 3: Signal Strength (maybe for Satellite radio?)
Number 4: Soft Levels (not sure WTF this is, but if you use your CD up/down arrows, you can scroll through the levels. Mine have 11 different alpha-numeric codes probably telling me what I have available on my truck. If I have it available, the code could be the date it was installed and if its not, it just has 00_00_00 next to it. For example:
MAIN02_07_06
CDSP09_07_00
NAV 00_00_00
FES 00_00_00
RSC 00_00_00
DSP 06_08_0D
AMP 00_00_00
SDR 00_27_00
PHN 00_00_00
Number 5: All Display/ Display Test
Number 6: Radio Conif (use CD up/down arrow) Not sure what this does but it cycles through 6 Configurations

I found putting anything in there will fly out immediately when you hit a pothole, or what they call "roads" here hahaha.
