Default HID Lights for my head lights and fogs??

i wanted to get some HID's for my 2006 Ford F150 Lariat and i was thinking about getting them from DDMTuning.com they are fairly cheap and they back everything 100% but the only issue is that they dont have my fog size in their list is there any other size i can use that wont roast the lenses or housings on my fog lamps??? please help thank you

my fog light bulb is a 9140 is there anything i could use besides that??

9140 (your 06) and 9145 (my 02) share the same base that is the equivalent to H10. The difference is the wattage of the bulbs 9140 is about 40w and the 9145 in my truck is 55w I have read that people that have put the 9145 in 9140 fog start to have some discoloration and slight melting. But I know that the HID kits from DDM are 35w or 55w so if you order the H10 35w in 3k-12k you should be ok. I have 4500k 35w H10 in mine and they work fine and look great.

Be careful when buying "cheap". Many have posted here with problems after buying cheap kits. Recently, one person had trouble with their headlight wire harnesses getting damaged.

Use an H13 dual filament headlight, and an H10 in your fogs. You're almost definitely going to need a relay kit for the heads to keep them from flickering on startup.

Let me know if you have any questions, for I'm in the industry and try to help forum members out as much as possible.

Good luck.

Ps- avoid the dirt cheap kits as much as possible, trust me.

Order your HIDS both Headlamps and Fogs from Jon_To on this forum, he's a vendor. I bought my Headlamp kit from them. Its such a great kit, very easy to install, everything has a place to be put. I had a problem w/ 1 of the headlamp relays. They sent me a new one and paid for shipping for it, plus the return of the original. I got my Hi/Lo kit for 110. Ordering my fogs next week. I highly recommend. Here's a link to his info:
