Hesitation on WOT

Hesitation on WOT
My truck is an '07 FX2 SCrew with ~71,000 mi. Sometimes when I accelerate at WOT, the engine starts to hesitate throughout the RPM band. Anyone have this problem, or know what it may be? I bought the trck used and it is bone stock as far as I know. Thanks!
