HELP-Window Stuck!
Hi Guys,
My driver side window went dead on me last night. I rolled it down halfway and it stuck there, won't respond to anything now.
The other 3 windows work
There is still the green lighting on the switches
When I depress the window switch (the one that's bad), the interior lights dim a little, just like the other window switches, but there's no response. I tried to manually pull the window up, it won't budge, and it won't go down either by pushing. I also tried bumping the inside panel of the door, just in case it might be sticking, but no help there either.
I figured it can't be a fuse, as there is still power to the switches, and the other 3 windows work. I'm guessing it's the regulator? Or a bad contact/wiring issue?
Just want to check with you guys first, is this a common issue that you all know and can pinpoint? Is this a simple DIY? What should I check first to troubleshoot?
Thanks in advance.
