Help with wheel replacement
Hello everyone,
I drive a 2005 Ford F-150 XLT. I am looking to put a lift kit on so I can have a higher ride height. I have a set of wheels to put on that are 22” and I wanted to know if anyone could help me out on height of a lift kit. I’ve seen these sizes on other f-150s with 33” tires. I also would like to know what is the highest/lowest offset I can have. I don’t know all the specs on the new wheels but that they have a marking that’s says 22x9j which I thought was a size that didn’t require any additional parts besides a lift kit. Any advice would be great!
Thanks,
Spencer

First you need to figure out what lift kit you will be installing.. some kits will require a specific amount of back spacing on the wheels to clear their spindles.. then go from there.
