Default Replacement Coil Springs

I have been searching online and cant seem to find any replacement coil springs for my 06 F150 4x4. Obviously the dealer would have them but any place else? I am looking to replace the stock coil springs and would like to get a heavy duty set but I cant seem to find any. Do they even make them for our trucks? Wouldnt the trucks with a plow package come with a heavier spring? Just wanna see if anyone knows of they make any and where I can look to get some. Thanks.

I found a set Moog makes but they arent heavy duty. They seem reasonable at $109 but not sure if its for both or just the one.
