My truck seems to have a spot on a certain door that allows for mud and water to seep through and is a little more noisy that the other doors and i think a seal is busted. Any tips on how to re seal it or how to apply sealant on the entire truck near the door areas?

Have you actually found where the door is leaking from? If it's the main door seals, I would just replace the rubber strip around the jam area.
