Default Help needed on new truck lift!

Hi everyone my name is Will from south Florida I'm glad to be a part of this awesome forum, I have been a lurker for a while I had a 1994 F150 4x4 and lurked all time, I just bought a new truck it's a 2004 F150 crew cab 2wd and I bought it from a frustrated coworker he raised the the truck with 3inch lift Rancho 9000xl struts and springs and also freedom off road upper control arm the truck has 33x12.50 tires that are worn and are rubbing on the inside,

The question that I have is what else do I need to complete this lift? do I need special lower control arm or different tie rod ends for a lifted truck? the truck is dangerous to drive anything over 40 mph if i hit a bump the truck shakes violently and is very unstable. he also gave me wheel spacers I just want to know what else I should get so I can have it towed to a shop to have them put in or put it in myself and then go get it aligned I could just lower it to stock height and get smaller wheels but I love the look the tires need to be replaced soon so please help me should I get 33x10.50 so they don't rub so much ? sorry for the rant I'll post pics up shortly.

Sorry for the delay on the pics guys, I've been super busy I bought this truck for 3,000 137,000 miles runs good other than the suspension issue mentioned above a/c works fine it's got the 4.6 and a dual flow master exhaust my plans are new tires alignment regear to 410's and paint it. I haven't even lifted the truck up to check it out I can see that 2 of the 3 strut tower nuts are missing

I got under the truck today and noticed that the tire is rubbing on the spring and the upper control arm is also rubbing on the spring something their has to be really wrong right? Will an alignment correct that? The guy who sold me the truck said that he installed the rancho quick lift 3 inch but I can't find them when I look them up to see if I need to order any other parts to complete the lift the tire on the truck now are LT305/70/r17 are they to big for a 3 inch lift? Please help

The spindle the part that connects to the upper control arm is also rubbing on the tire? I got this part number off the spring on the rancho 135000116t now I'm wondering if he bought something that was miss boxed I could go and buy a new quick lift kit for the front but if I can find out what he installed on the truck and salvage the lift kit it would be even better by the pics does it look like only a 3 inch lift?

Photos of the front suspension angles?

Looks like is simply has too large of a suspension lift. Did I read you have a 3" spacer?

Id get it an inch to 1.5" lower in the front or go with a real lift.

Pics would def help. Im with XL thinking there's too big of spacer in there, but you said the control arms were also changed.

do you know if an alignment was done after all those parts were installed?
