Get the Screw if you have kids. Makes gettting in and out much easier, especially when someone parks too close to you and you need to open the rear doors! Furthermore, you will have a little extra room for stuff you dont want rolling around in the bed. Larger fuel tank would be a plus if you travel alot, and if you plan to run E85.

I'm also glad you pointed out the issue about getting into the rear doors in tight spots. You do need to open the front doors far enough so that the rear doors will clear it and you gotta be careful about which one to close first. I use to car poll in my last truck, different people everyday. Not everyone understands how to open and close the doors on the scab. Sometimes the doors would get bumped into each other.
As far as room, there is a difference when you have 4 full size adults in both trucks. I would have to move my seat up anytime I had someone other than my kids sitting behind me. and when my kids did sit back there they seemed to like to kick the back of the seats, this isn't a problem in the crew.
motoken68, welcome and congrats on the new truck. Get it in the Flairside if you can and I would get the bigger tank. Also you might want to think about the reverse camera. I would have if it was available on mine. I did an aftermarket on to mine and love it.
