Default help with full cats and exaust

I have a 2007 xlt screw, all ready did new cops and plugs. Think I have a bad cat (from driving with a broken plug on #4 while towing for 2 hours), so I'm going to replace both cats and a new exhaust system. I'm looking for something under $1000 if possible, all info and part #s would be greatly appreciated. I have the old edge evo, and a brute force cai.

Your probably right about how you melted down a cat from a misfire dumping raw fuel into it... $1000 bucks should get you very nice exhaust setup...

I've got the magnaflow 12288 18" muffler with SI/DO with the factory rear cats deleted...

I don't have any part numbers handy for cats, but google will definitely give you some good priced options if you use the keywords "04-08 ford f150 high flow cat" lol! I just typed this same thing in another thread a minute ago..

I don't think it does... I think you might just have 2 cats in total, with the rear 02 bung in the middle of the cat... But I'm not positive...
I was surprised to see my rear cats melted down but my fronts were in good shape after my misfire... It still doesn't make much sense to me. But I have the 45 degree bend in my front cats, so the shape of them probably kept the gas from pooling for too long to cause a meltdown.. Cutting the 2 rears off fixed my plugged cat and rattling...

I'm hoping its the cat. The rattle is only when I accelerate and I lose power, doesn't throw any codes though.

Yup, its probably the cat... Mine didn't throw a single code, but the rattling was present at a warm idle..

My dad has 2007 screw and had cat deletes to stock y pipe then a 24 inch glass pack where the stock muffler was to a y pipe and 2 pipes over the axle and 2 slash cut tips. Sounds sweet if you like the glass pack sound. We used the 18mm spark plug nonfoulers on the o2 sensors to keep the check engine light off. Heres a not so good pic. Cost about 300 at a local shop.

I've got what I've been told is a cherry bomb extreme si/do with stock pipe all the way back to some I think 4" tips. All I have is 2 cats on my 5.4. Here's vid of the interior sound
