i say go with 8 inch BDS lift thats what im getting put on my truck after other parts are pieced together... its one of the best lifts out there and they will replace any broken part lifetime warranty

 

my 2007 has 6 inches of lift in the front and 4 in the back and rides level (you can adjust with the torsion bars and such). i have an evolution cts programmer, works really well but i also have the 5.4 so its going to be different. re-gearing gets expensive but if you stay somewhat conservative with the amount of lift and tire size you should be able to work with what you have
