Question Help with electrical issue---please

Hey guys, I'm somewhat new to the F150 scene.
But My wife and I got in the truck about a week ago and realized the windows didnt role down, so i slapped my door panel thinking that would fix it and of course it did for a split second and that was just long enough for me to crack the passenger window just enough to let water in when it rains. But that wasnt the only thing that happend.
1) none of my windows role down, back slider still works
2) the lights that illuminate my window controls and door locks on the drivers side door don't light up
3) the sensor on the door that senses when the driver side door is open stopped working.
4) the lights that illuminate the window control on the passenger door stopped working but the lock control on the passenger side works and lights up.

Talked to a guy at auto zone the other day who basically had the same thing happen said it was his ECM. Has anybody else had somehting like this happened and what would yall suggest I do.
Thanks for the help, I'd greatly appreciate anything yall can throw my way.

btw I've checked the fuses I figured would have anything to do with it and they all are good.
and my truck is an 05 FX4 ext cab

Do the other windows roll down with their switch? Ive read where the main control switch on the drivers side panel go out pretty regularly. I would also check the wiring in the door panel going to the drivers side dash

Definitely check the wires in the rubber boot going to the drivers side door. They have a tendancy to get pinched and eventually will cut the wire.

Thanks. And it's not just the drivers side. All doors do not work with their individual switch

Looked up the switch and it looks to be around 50 bucks at the stealership. But I would check your wiring going to your switch first. Go to fordparts.com and look up Door Window Switch. Plug in your VIN number and it will pull up diagrams when you search for the switch.

Power to all doors and door locks runs through the master panel on the drivers door...also check your lock-out switch..

I had a pinched wire inside the rubber boot going to the drivers side door and it caused all my power windows to stop working, not just the drives side.
