I agree with Grimus. Torque converter likely culprit. Torque converter lock after a specific rpm range and is supposed to release when you slow down. If you engine is now having problems turning over I would say it is stuck in the locked position or it has totally grenanded. Try to see if you can get it to start from neutral instead of park. Either way I think at this point your only option may be a good transmission shop.

Could you sense any tranny problems before it died. I lost my tranny within two days of first feeling it slip. I had perfectly clean smelling and looking fluid as well.

Thank you Grimace! As far as it not running. Yes when everything happened Wednesday night and I tried to do the simple figure out whats working and whats not... the RPMs increased and nothing was working. So I had it towed home that night and didnt touch it until Last night(Thursday). Someone wanted to hear what it sounded like. Went to start it and it wouldnt. It sounds like a metal to metal grinding but then again at the end of releasing the key i just heard spinning. I do not know that much about cars or trucks but for some reason i thought flywheel? But i am unsure as to what could prevent it to start... I know it needs it to start and like you said earlier everything is connected together.

Ahh I don't know... My only worry is that shops are not open on the weekend and here I am on Friday with a truck that needs towed lol. So I am going to see if I can find a good trans shop... I originally was going to have my friend who is very mechanically inclined to take a look at it but it seems that transmissions are a large grey area.

Masitile.. Yes.. well kind of.. =] I have sense something was wrong with it for about a week today.. When I drove it last Friday it felt almost as if it would stall before going into gear. No hard shifting or any of that just a subtle/soft coast before the auto trans would take it to the next gear. Then I thought it was tranny going out but kept getting caught up on the thought of in my 91 integra it has tranny issues but it just is a really hard shift never stalls...

My symptoms were a soft shift into first. Then when it shifted into second I couldn't accelerate without revving it to 3 grand.
Torque converter was fine.
